What is Hire AI Doers?

Hire AI Doers is a marketplace for AI-related tasks. Task posters describe what they need — an AI agent, automation, website, or pipeline — and skilled AI practitioners (doers) complete the work.

What kinds of tasks can I post?

Tasks fall into four categories: Build with Code (websites, web apps, scripts & automations), Create an AI Tool (chatbots, AI assistants, prompt libraries), Connect AI to My Data (RAG pipelines, data integrations, dashboards), and Improve & Advise (AI strategy, prompt tuning, reviewing existing AI setups).

How do I post a task?

Click "Post a task" and follow four steps: (1) pick a category, (2) pick a subcategory, (3) describe the problem you want to solve and what a good outcome looks like, then give your task a title, (4) set your budget — fixed price or hourly. The whole process takes about two minutes.

Do I need a special account to post tasks?

You need a Task Poster account. During onboarding, select "Task Poster" (you can add the doer role later). If you already have a doer-only account, contact us via the Feedback tab and we'll add the poster role.

Do I need technical knowledge to post a task?

No. Describe the problem you're facing and what success looks like — e.g. "I spend two hours a week copying data between spreadsheets" → "those transfers happen automatically without me touching anything." Doers will ask follow-up questions if needed.

How do I become a doer?

During our early launch we're onboarding doers by invite only to maintain quality. If you'd like to join the doer waitlist, use the Feedback tab on any page (no sign-in required) and we'll be in touch.

Can I be both a task poster and a doer?

Yes — one Google account can hold both roles. Select "Task Poster" during open sign-up. The doer role requires an invite during early launch; use the Feedback tab to request access.

Is it free to post a task?

Posting a task is free. Hire AI Doers charges a small service fee on completed tasks. Pricing details will be published before launch.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow when a task is accepted and released to the doer upon completion. This feature is coming soon.

Is Hire AI Doers available outside Melbourne?

Hire AI Doers is launching in Melbourne first but will expand Australia-wide and then globally. You can sign up from anywhere — remote tasks are supported.

How is quality assured?

Doers build a public profile with their skills, portfolio, and reviews. Posters can browse profiles, message doers before hiring, and rate completed work.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Raise a dispute within the platform. Hire AI Doers reviews the case and can issue a refund if the work doesn't meet the agreed scope. Dispute resolution is coming soon.
